Memphis--While the threat of ice has ended across the region, weather conditions remain overcast and cold.  Thursday we will take a small step towards more comfortable weather as temperatures warm a little and a few rays of sunlight pierce the gray.  Our sky will clear Thursday night setting the stage for a cold Friday morning.  Temperatures will fall into the low to mid 20s Friday morning but rebound quickly under a sunny sky during the afternoon.  Dry and pleasant conditions will last through the weekend.
