MEMPHIS--Temperatures will remain on the warm side of normal Wednesday & Thursday with mid to upper 90s common across the Mid-South. Isolated t-storms are possible Wednesday and to a lesser extent Thursday. Friday, a cold front will arrive from the north bringing clouds followed by showers and t-storms. Friday night t-storms may be severe with damaging wind and large hail. Our first fall air mass will arrive this weekend. A brisk northerly wind will arrive Saturday and temperatures will be much cooler. Rain is possible Saturday morning, but the afternoon will be dry with a clearing sky. Temperatures will be even cooler Sunday making for a real treat of a day! Unseasonably cool weather will last into early next week as conditions continue mostly dry.
