MEMPHIS WEATHER--It was a frigid one today, temperatures struggled to warm to 40 degrees, even with the sunshine!  We held onto a few scattered clouds, but skies should begin to clear this evening, leading to yet more below freezing overnight temperatures.  The Mid South will see mostly sunshine on Sunday with warmer temps.  Looking ahead to Monday, President's Day, clouds and rain chances increase by Monday afternoon.  Rain and an isolated thunderstorm will prevail late Monday into Tuesday morning.  Mid week will be dry until Thursday when another cold front comes into town bringing us more rainfall.
