MEMPHIS WEATHER: --What a difference a day makes!  From a chilly Saturday to a mild and sunny Sunday.  Now get ready for yet another 24 hour shakedown...our President's Day forecast could turn out to be a washout.  Tonight will be partly cloudy with overnight lows in the lower 40s.  Clouds thicken Monday morning and as we approach lunchtime, some of our viewers in Arkansas may already see some rain.  Rain will be present throughout the afternoon, but the possibility of thunderstorms and heavier rainfall will occur late afternoon into the evening hours.  By midnight the rain will have ended for most of the MidSouth.  Tuesday and Wednesday will be mostly dry and cooler.  Rain returns Thursday.
