MEMPHIS, TN--It's been an absolutely perfect start to the weekend! It was COOL this morning waking up in the Mid-South with overnight lows starting off this morning in the 60's. We will have another round of lovely lows tonight with overnight temperatures in the lower and middle 60's. Pleasant high temperatures lines the next 7 days. Highs each afternoon should top out around the 90 degree mark with some spots in the lower 90's. The difference in the next 24 hours will arrive in the form of humidity.
Southerly winds will return tomorrow and will increase humidity levels across the area. This will result in a few additional clouds late tomorrow afternoon and a few showers and storms late Sunday into early Monday. Afternoon storms will be possible Monday afternoon. Temperatures will bump into the lower 90's, but the excessive will not return this week. In fact, another late week rain-maker will allow for another cool snap to arrive by next weekend.
