MEMPHIS, TN--As we wind down this Saturday, mild temperatures will continue overnight as more clouds roll in. Our next weather-maker will arrive between 7-9 a.m. tomorrow morning as a line of rain and a few storms. The Storm Prediction Center has outlined the entire Mid-South in a slight risk for severe weather tomorrow. Winds will become quite breezy with stronger gusts as this line presses eastward. Some storms could be strong to severe. Once the initial line of rain and thunderstorms moves eastward, additional showers and thunderstorms are possible Sunday evening between 8-9 p.m. along a cold front.
After midnight, winds will become northwesterly and will help to usher in cooler air to the region. Monday and Tuesday will be sunny and pleasant. More rain and storms will arrive Wednesday evening and will last through early Thursday morning. Looking ahead to next weekend, plan on a cool Friday with pleasant conditions continuing on Saturday.
Have a great weekend!
