Memphis Weather--A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the Mid-South through 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.  A clear sky and light wind will allow the air to become saturated bringing visibilities below one mile late tonight and Wednesday morning.  The advisory is in effect for the expectation that visibilities will likely fall below 1/4 mile at times.  This will make driving conditions difficult and caution should be used while navigating Mid-South roads.  The fog will lift quickly Wednesday morning and the rest of the day will be nearly a carbon copy of Tuesday's weather with the exception of increasing high level clouds towards sunset.  Rain will return to the region Wednesday night and Thursday.  The best chance of rain will occur along and south of I-40 late Wednesday night and early Thursday.  Thursday afternoon, showers will be possible for areas north of I-40 as well.
