The Ronald McDonald House® of Memphis will be full of excitement on Wednesday, August 15 as members of the community and Ronald McDonald House families, volunteers and staff gather to kickoff the new Ronald McDonald House Radiothon from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. The Tour de RMH kickoff will feature a tricycle race between the kids of Ronald McDonald House of Memphis and some of the community’s most recognizable faces. There will also be House tours and lunch for guests.
Ronald McDonald House® of Memphis Executive Director Caron Byrd recently announced significant changes to the Ronald McDonald House Radiothon. Byrd announced that the Radiothon will now air on 98.1 The Max and News Talk FM 98.9, and that the Radiothon, which is traditionally held in February, will now be broadcast November 1– 3, 2012 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
