SummerWeen: Memphis’s only Halloween-themed costume party towards the end of the Summer.
Brister Street Productions has been holding charity events all year and is ready for a party. SummerWeen is here to spread the message of fun, having a good time and dressing up like your favorite…whatever!
SummerWeen will occur at Brinson’s (341 Madison Ave) on Saturday August 4th. Doors open at 8p.m. Cover charge is $5 with a costume; $10 without.
Brister Street Productions has a amassed a lineup of Memphis Reggae and Rap/Hip-Hop artists for this event including The Chinese Connection Dub Embassy, The Sidewayz and Phlyers x Hundredz.
This year, Jagermeister is sponsoring SummerWeen. There is a Facebook contest for the event that the top three people who invite the most friends to the event will receive a Jagermeister collectable addition prize package complete with bottle zip-up coozie to keep your Jager bottle cold, 1 pair of Jager sunglasses, summer board shorts, a Jagermeister T-shirt and key chain. There will also be Jagermeister models at the event.
SummerWeen will have a costume contest based on originality, creativity and style with awesome prizes to giveaway to the winner(s).
