Nexstar Broadcasting is looking for candidates for an opening in its Sales Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Innovative, progressive manager for ABC24.com, the website supporting WPTY-TV and WLMT-TV. Individual will be responsible for developing and achieving revenue growth as well as maintaining the integrity of the website.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: None
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: College degree preferred but not required.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the web as well as an ability to navigate it is required.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NECESSARY: Ability to work with prospective advertisers to determine their goals and objectives. Understanding every element of the web products we have and develop sales opportunities. Ability to present and sell advertising products; work with advertisers on existing campaigns to optimize and troubleshoot in-flight campaigns; take direction from Corporate Emedia Team to implement Nexstar Products and Interactive Modules and Mobile technology; technically troubleshoot our suite of products and services offered across our platform to ensure proper operation. Tracking and reporting on Web Metrics; order management and billing; supervise & train account executives on products, programs and packages to be sold to prospective advertisers. Website sales is preferred.
