JONESBORO, Ark. (AP, abc24.com) - Arkansas State Police say three people were killed in a single-car crash in Jonesboro.
Authorities say the crash happened at about 1 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. 63 north of Nestle Road in Jonesboro. Authorities say 23-year-old Brittany Nichols was driving north on U.S. 63 when she lost control of her car, which flipped several times and eventually landed in the highway's southbound lane.
Nichols was pronounced dead at the scene, as was Breniyah Nichols and Deriana Nichols, whose ages weren't available Tuesday morning.
State police say two others in Nichols' car were injured in the crash.
