SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) - Anyone in the market for large dinosaur sculptures is in luck.
Two of the beasts that for years have graced U.S. Highway 412 near Springdale are to be sold at auction on Dec. 23.
On the block are a 10-foot-long triceratops and a 20-foot-long tyrannosaurus Rex.
The sculptures were created by Leo Cate, who died in October at age 89.
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports that Paul Colvin Jr. of Block Auction Co. in Springdale says the buyer will have to remove the sculptures within two weeks of the sale. The T-rex alone weighs 3,000 pounds.
