Haslam Unveils Plan for Higher Ed Capital Projects
The more than $330 million Gov. Bill Haslam has appropriated for capital projects and maintenance at the state's colleges and universities is a good start considering they haven't received sufficient funding in nearly four years, state officials said Monday.
