Jasmine Cincore from Briarcrest Christian School was named Miss Basketball for 2013. The other two finalists were Kennesha Nichols of Ensworth High School and Justice Swett from Ensworth High School.
Cincore is a 5’8”, junior, guard/forward. She is starter in her first year at Briarcrest. She is averaging 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals per game. She shoots 47% from the field and 77% from the free-throw line. She was named the Division II-AA Region Player of the Year in 2013. She also holds the track record for shot put at Briarcrest.
Briarcrest finished the season 27-2.
