Some 'adults' just can't handle booze (nor behave themselves even if they are NOT drinking).

? Can Memphis not do ANYTHING right at all? Look at Bourbon Street in New Orleans. It's at least 50 times more crowded and they control it pretty well. Or is Memphis trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill? On most nights Beale is as bland as hell already without police "sweeping" people off the streets. Beale needs more clubs, strip jpints, adult stores. Spice it up.

If you want help, call the MPD. That is if you want help escalating a peaceful situation to a violent confrontation this is the outfit for you.
