MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Will Barton had 27 points and 13 rebounds, and Memphis held Robert Morris to under 20 percent shooting for most of the game as the Tigers defeated the Colonials 64-47 Thursday night.

Will Barton was 10 of 15 from the field, which included a career-high five 3-pointers. Adonis Thomas added 15 for the Tigers (7-5), who hit 11 of their first 16 shots in the second half to put the game away, and eventually led by 28 points.

Lucky Jones was the only Robert Morris player in double figures. He scored 10 points. Velton Jones, the Colonials leading scorer at 16.6 points a game coming in, saw his streak of 19 straight games in double figures snapped. He recorded seven points and hit only 2 of 13 shots from the field.

The Colonials (10-4) finished the night shooting 23.2 percent (16 of 69) overall and 16.7 percent on 3-pointers (3 of 18).
