MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Leaders at the University of Memphis have decided to maintain the same football and men's basketball ticket prices next year as Tigers teams move into the Big East.

In a statement released Monday, Tigers athletics director Tom Bowen said school officials opted against raising ticket prices, because "it is important to say 'thank you' to our fans and supporters who have remained so loyal to the Tigers over the years."

Memphis' 2013 home football schedule will include Big East members Cincinnati, SMU, Temple and UCF as well as non-conference opponents Arkansas State, Duke and Tennessee-Martin. Dates for these games haven't been announced. The Tigers' 2013-14 men's basketball schedule hasn't been released.
