Meet Michael. Michael is a 15 year old who likes to play games such as scrabble, spades, monopoly and videos games.

He is slim in stature but has a healthy appetite. Pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches and soup are among his favorite foods.

Michael loves school and his favorite subjects are math, English and chemistry. He is one of those rare teenagers who doesn’t mind mopping, sweeping, making his bed and other chores to help out around the house.

When asked what he would like to be when he grows up he simply replies “a youth village worker”. He wants to make a difference in young children’s lives.

Michael is looking for a forever family that wants to love and take care of him. Michael has plenty of love to give in return.

For more information about Michael please contact Youth Villages at (901) 252 7648. Waiting Child is made possible by a grant from Wendy’s and The Dave Thomas Foundation.
