A Tumultuous Year for the Memphis Police Department
2012 has been a difficult year for the Memphis Police Department. An officer killed in the line of duty two weeks ago. Nearly two dozen officers are charged with crimes including rape and DUI. And there's an ongoing pay and benefits dispute with City Hall.
