MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - It's another guilty verdict for a Mid-South career criminal. Curtis Keller was found guilty on 16 of 17 counts, including robbery, kidnapping, and burglary, in a 2008 home invasion in Germantown.

The only count he was acquitted on was the theft of a van.

Keller put on a show every time he was in court. Earlier this week he punched his lawyer.

He had to be pepper sprayed one time, and forcibly removed from his cell to get him into the courtroom. It took the jail's SWAT team and the largest guards down at 201 to make it happen.

Keller is serving 240 years on previous convictions.

How many crimes do you pull off to be considered a career criminal? Why didn't his P.O. push the button before he went as far as he did in 2008? Is this another case of 'business as usual' in the Memphis legal network?
