Didn't Reginald French (Tater-Heads valet) put it to the city long and hard for a million dollar software contract? As I recall he was the middle man who was ultimately sued for non-payment by the California based contractor who did the job. He came a long way from being a tire-slashing thug.

This is to the victor belong the spoils philosophy. However, if spoils are racially based, it should surprise no one that unfavored races leave this place to become another Detroit. Somehow, I never thought AC would be one to go along with this stuff. I guess I was being optomistic. FAIL!
