He's just as guilty as can be. He showed the vedio to get some kind of glory. He needs to go to jail. He 's not above the law & commited a crime. Now he has posted this kids picture where everyone can see it. His parents should sue him & his station for everything they can get.

Damn...I hate to have an opinion on this situation! I probably should let it go and not post my opinion here. Afterall, what would be my intent? No one really cares what I think unless I post it to my facebook page, where I am guareented that 300 or so people will view it. I am kinda shocked that Mr. Matthews stepped out there like that...should he have KNOWN what the law is concerning posting pornographic images of children on the internet? Being a self-described "journalist" I would think that he knows the laws for reporting criminal activity or behavior. The free-speech amendment to the constitution does not sufficiently cover internet posting (?) and internet laws and letigation is evolving as we speak, so why take the risk (altruistic as it was said to be)? So, here we go...Mr. Matthews, the media whore that he is, is going to at the bar pleading raptured innocence and will probably end up...in jail. This is going to cost him. smh
