Council Debates Fate of Memphis Golf Course... Again

Several Memphis City Council members want a mulligan, a do over, on golf courses slated for closure to save money. They say the courses on the list are only in poor neighborhoods and some questions why the City is in the golf business at all.

Should have never put all that money in the Whitehaven course in the 1st place. Nor should they have put money in the Riverside course. Just more wasted spending by the likes of the city council and the racist members of the black communities who think they should get something for nothing. Money would have been better spent on Pine Hill, Fox Meadows and Audobon.

Who cares where they are at , bottom line is they are losing money. If These courses can not support them selves why should we have to foot the oh I'm sorry that is the way of Memphis isn't it? If you can't take care of your self sit back and let the working folks do it for you.
