MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - One man was killed in a shooting at the University Cabana Apartments in midtown Memphis Wednesday morning.
Police were called to the 900-block of East Cabana Circle just before 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12. When they arrived they found a male victim, later identified as 19-year-old Mario Garland, had been shot. An ambulance pronounced the victim dead on the scene. The victim's identity has not been released.
Investigators say two young males seen driving away from the scene in a small blue car are possible suspects, but so far nobody is in custody.
