Husband of Martoiya Lang Granted Control of her Estate

Darius Lang, the estranged husband of Memphis Police Officer Martoiya Lang, has been named executor of her estate.

They want the close to 1/2 million dollars in death benifits . If you dont believe it Google it, (death benifits for Memphis police). Plus college education for the kids.

SS for 3 kids should be pretty good . He should not have control over anything but the grandmother may not be trustworthy either. sad for the kids.

Shame on the judge who signed the order, she was Estranged from him for a reason. Not speaking about what I do not know but I personally know of a case where the mom was estranged from the kids dad and she was killed in an automobile accident with a semi,the kids were 5 and six and after settlements and insurance would have wound up with about 230,000 apiece which would have paved the way for college and more possibilities ,but a judge in our City gave custody to the dad and put him over their moms estate which also was supposed to have Guardians assigned from the courts to keep track of the accounts, well the attorney representing the dad has been removed from practicing the funds were depleted to 0 dollars and the kids are only 16 and 15 now the only thing they recieve is the moms social security. thanks to the Courts the dad who was not entitled to that money was paying lawyers and the guardian to access the funds whenever he chose buying new vehicles taking women on trips a home for his parents and not a dime left for the kids. So officer Lang mom needs to stay on top of this because why is his attorney so gung Ho that he has power over something that is not rightfully his!!That money should be for her children only!
