MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP, abc24.com) - Police in Memphis say a man stabbed his two juvenile sons when they tried to protect their mother from him.

42-year-old Jimmie Pendleton was charged Sunday night with aggravated assault and domestic assault causing bodily harm.

Police said Pendleton was angry with his sons, but turned on their mother when she intervened. A police affidavit stated the Pendleton punched the mother in the face and pushed her around the kitchen. While trying to protect her, one child was stabbed in the arm and the other child was cut in the leg.

Both boys were taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital with non-critical injuries.

Pendleton is being held at the Shelby County Jail on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 5th.

That boy, Pendleton, needs a good long stretch in the Penile Farm. And what is that object on top of his head?

PennyP, You are right. and if I am also, he can't own a gun IF he is convicted of domestic violence. But that means that it has to be properly reported/recorded. Still not sure he shouldn't be neutered. He is still kinda young.

What a coward of a slug. There should be automatic felony charges for any man who commits domestic violence. Then he should never in his lifetime be able to own ANY gun.
