If the outside of the house looks like this can you imagine what the inside looks like. And their personal hygiene must suffer as much. Hopefully they don't work in the food industry and bring their filth to the work place. And how about that open threat to send someone to the hospital.

Iam pretty sure that Code Enforcement has hired people over the past couple of years. If he thinks he can do a better job then he should apply or shut up and quit whining on the news.
