Memphis Councilman Wants More Reserved Parking Spots

There are more than 45,000 parking spots in downtown Memphis, but recently Memphis City Council member Joe Brown couldn't find a spot, which apparently got him thinking.

"I drove for hours, for at least 35 minutes, trying to find a parking space," Brown said." More like ten minutes. Get him an I"M ENTITLED" card to hang in his window. He can have my spot and more spots should become available as businesses leave town. He could have walked.The sad part is you keep electing him to office.
