It should be not Delta but Dingbat Airlines.

@Unohoo - Seems you have a second-rate intellect, incapable of entertaining two serious thoughts in a row.

@ "frayser": the RealDeal is still correct about the circumstances. You were never a veteran, I assume! And Frayser is still frayser, no matter how you spell it....

@RealDeal - The correct spelling is "Frayser", now, on with the Dunce cap & take your assigned seat in the corner!

So did the folks trying to help him out by giving him THEIR seat want in on the "lawsuit" peabrain? (How much do you get from the taxpayers monthly in the exotic suburb of FRASIER?!)

I am incensed to read about the rude and uncaring treatment shown to Lance Corporal Brown. There is absolutely no excuse for such conduct. I thank Corporal Brown for his service to our country and bid him semper fi. It seems as if Delta employees need a lot of education on how to better treat their customers. I am so disgusted by this incident that I have sworn to never fly Delta again. Posted by mom of fallen police officer and Marine Captain.

EFF delta. I'll rent a car and drive if delta is the only choice. These A**hats running these companies have a LOT more to lose than the general public if their companies fail, due to 100% preventable situations like this. If there are NO firings over this incident, it will show what delta is REALLY about. The ONLY reason they "appologized" is because of the $$ involved. It WILL happen again, & they will "appologize again", until people FORCE change by giving their business to other airlines.

Very sad that our Veteran's are not treated with the upmost dignity considering they were the ones who made sure that this RUDE and MEAN person was able to lay his head down at night and sleep in PEACE while this marine and others like him lay in fox holes not knowing if they would make it to daylight.Shame on you Delta for allowing this to happen to YOUR HERO.
