Good. It is better for parents to bear the full costs of educating their own children, rather than dumping the costs off on us poor taxpayers. The 3 R's and basic supervision 5 days a week for 12 years is more than enough for us childless to bear, without all these "enrichment" programs. They get enriched, I get impoverished.
