The Powerball jackpot is at 325 million dollars. That's the highest it's been since 2007 and people in Memphis are excited.

One Powerball player, who only wanted to be known as Papi, told abc24.com, "If I hit, Mom's gonna be straight. She got a house, my brother got a house, I might have a house. It ain't all about me, it's about my folks.” Papi says not only will he help family members, he'll help everyone. "I'll reach some out to you, buy me a news channel,” he said.

Tony Jones says he will buy something he's always wanted, "a 97 Lexus, I'll get one of those." Said Ismail says business at his store, Fast Mart, has picked up ever since the jackpot went up. He told abc24.com, "Powerball tickets have been wonderful over here, number one seller. Fast Mart’s been selling a lot of them."

That boy, Papi, should instead concentrate on some type of an education...."Mom's gonna be straight"? What is she now, and how is money going to cure her "alternative lifestyle", anyway...counseling perhaps???
