MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - The Memphis Police Sex Crimes Bureau is looking to identify the man who sexually assaulted a woman in the Cordova area in December.
Investigators say on Friday, December 14, 2012 sometime after 11:15 p.m., the 19-year-old victim was walking in the area of Germantown Pkwy and Dexter when an unknown man forced her into his vehicle. The victim told police the suspect then physically and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20's, approximately 5'8' with a medium build, medium complexion, short hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing dark clothes, and is believed to be driving a dark-colored 90's model Honda Accord with tinted windows and gray cloth seats.
The MPD Sex Crimes Bureau developed a composite sketch of the suspect; anyone with information on his identity should call CrimeStoppers at (901) 528-CASH.
