MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Two men are behind bars after police say they broke in to the Southland Mall.

Vandon Clay and Ladarious King, both 20-year-old, are charged with Theft and Vandalism.

Officers were called to the mall Monday, June 18 where they found a glass door shattered. Investigators say the suspects were still inside, and were chased through the mall into a parking lot.

The two men got away, but dropped a bag with at least 75 cell phones, batteries, accessories and a laptop, all stolen from kiosks in the mall.

The suspects were later arrested after one of the kiosk's owners recognized King on surveillance video as a former employee.
