how tha hell can 1 b innocent wen he was there regardless of weather he did anything or not he still getting the same charges as the others u gonna say he didnt hear them women screaming while he was outside? wen he did find out this was going on y da hell didnt he leave and call the police then. Just because u knew him b4 this happened doesnt mean u really knew him, u knew the side he wanted u 2 kno, my thing is if women invite u 2 their hoouse at 3am y u gotta take sum, clearly they was gon give u sum anyway hey get wat they deserve just as if it was your girls and sum1 did it 2 them. To bsmoke7--obviously you must lead a dull life because young people often go out to club ,which by the way normally doesn't close until after 3am, and aren't ready to go home or end the party lets say and it doesn't mean that they want anything more than to chill if anything else transpires it's usually not rape or robbery!
