MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Two men have pleaded guilty on Thursday, September 29, 2011, to 29 burglaries that happened in Memphis and the surrounding area, the latest of which happened on March 23 at a house in Midtown.

The District Attorney's office says 46-year-old Anthony Sinquefield and 38-year-old Paul Walton both entered guilty pleas and have agreed to serve 35 years in prison for the crimes.

Memphis police developed the two men as suspects during their investigation of the burglary at Cash Now at 8042 Willow Tree Lane. Police say the two men broke a window of the store and stole a safe with more than $4,500 in cash.

On March 23, police were investigating a burglary at the 1700 block of Autumn Avenue in Midtown, where more than $15,000 worth of electronics, jewelry and furniture were stolen. The victim of that crime was able to give police information that led to the arrest of Sinquefield and Walton later that day.

SCUMBAGS!!! Here's an idea. Why not actually keep them in jail a while instead of letting them right back out!
