MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - One suspect is in custody and three remain at large for a violent home invasion in the north Memphis area.
Police records state that the incident happened on the 1700-block of Orr Street around 1 a.m. on April 26. Three male victims told investigators that 4 armed suspects forced their way into the house; one victim tried to fight a suspect to get his gun but gave up for fear of being killed.
The suspects taped up all three victims' faces and bound their wrists and ankles with plastic ties. The victims were taken into bedrooms where two victims were sexually assaulted with a broom handle. The suspects threatened to assault the third victim "if he lied," the document states.
The suspects then stole several items from the home and left around 10 a.m., the victims stated.
