Tyrone Hinds lives on Overton Crossing in Frayser. He says at times he feels as though he's living in a jungle because of all the vermin that lives next door to him in a destroyed, abandoned home.

Willowbloom, you are correct. Eventually the swarm of locusts gets to every area. Same with Hickory Hill and many other areas.

It's a shame that Frayser has deterioted --Back in the late 50's and early 60's it was such a nice area. Rule of thumb, an area is good for 20 years, is what I have always heard. I believe that is true
