Well, they say that this is the Feds job, so states cannot pass laws on immigration. Well the Feds say that but yet still fail to make any strides in combating illegal immigration, or at least trying to enforce it. Secondly, they say that it will keep local law enforcement from fighting violent crime: %50 of federal inmates are illegal, so you therefore by enforcing this they are indeed fighting violent crime. Tennessee should adopt this law. All states in the south should. Unless you live down here you don't know what its like!!

Get your ear plugs ready because here comes more circus music to your neighborhoods. Illegals are horrible neighbors. They have no respect for private property. I have witnessed their booming music at all hours of the day and night. Their lewd acts of conduct when drunk. Their total disrespect for law enforcement, because they know they won't be deported. Hopefully TN. and all 50 states will have the same law as Alabama someday, but first we must get rid of Obama and his love for illegals over unemployed Americans and working Americans. Arrest, detain, deport. Repeat until their all gone, it can be done.

Illegal aliens are NOT IMMIGRANTS. They are criminals who should be imprisoned and then deported. Those who hire them should be imprisoned as well. To call these criminals "immigrants" is a slap in the face to every person who has immigrated to this country by legal means. There are people all over the world who are on waiting lists to get here, yet we tolerate these criminal trespassers who are doing not much more than sending what they earn back to Mexico and making little or no effort to assimilate, not to mention the fact that they are taking jobs from Americans and driving down wages. It is total BS that Americans won't do certain jobs. Pay Americans a LIVING WAGE with benefits and they can and will do any job.

i hate to sound mean but the Illegal Immigrants work for less and that hurt the rest of us who try to work everyday to keep from being on food stamps and welfare most of these jobs dont want full-time workers because they dont want to pay a fair wage forcing people out of jobs so i agree ALL STATES SHOULD FOLLOW maybe the middle case worker can stand a chance its getting tough out here

TO TURTH MAY HURT... I am not sure where you get your information, but my information is different. #1. Unless you are Native American Indian, you are an illegal immigrant too. #2. Those "mexicans" sending all their money back to Mexico at walmart only send a portion back to their families, (mostly parents) because that government doesn't hand out Soc.Sec. checks, wellfare checks, and food stamps to their peoples. We on the other hand pass out those funds like candy! Just get in line at your neighborhood Kroger and watch the MULTIPLE food stamp cards come out of one womans purse. Trust me, they aren't MExican! #3. These "illegals" are what keeps costs down for the average consumer. Can you immagine what it might cost to put a new roof on your house if that roofer had to hire all documented workers, pay payroll taxes on them and provide insurance?? IT would cost 20 grand!! These "illegals" are not soaking up that job market out there that everyone is in competition for, they are filling the jobs that all of us US born folk think we are too good for. Get a grip.

more states should follow suit...STOP giving our tax dollars to and for illegal immigrants. Should be legal or be gone.

if a us citizen breaks the law we go to jail why not deport them they r breaking the law every day they wake up here.because they sneak into our country they get a free pass thats not the way it works tennessee wake up...when all they r doin is takin our money to send back to mexico no stimulas in world can help that. i have no problem with LEGAL IMMIGRANTS but coming here to make better life thats what its about but if u watch GANGLAND on tv you will c what i mean. just go to walmart on thur or friday & watch all their pay checks leave this country.that means no revenue spent here& thats facts
