Animal advocates are angry about the "not guilty" verdict in the Angela Middleton trial. She was the former Memphis Animal Shelter veterinarian who was on trial for animal cruelty, involving three dead dogs.

the jurors were a bunch of illiterate Tn thugs and rednecks that believe its ok to trest animals in this manner. She is guilty but go figure thats Tennessee for you.

There is something very strange going on in this city, I continue to see arrest for horrible acts of cruelty and then they are dismissed when evidence couldn't be more blatant. This imbecile will be reported to the AVMA and state vet. this city is compromised of a bunch of low life thugs that are ok with this horrific treatment of animals the AVMA and state vet will not. Type in memphis animal cruelty in my life I have never seen such cruelty in one city.

She's guilty as hell despite some slick lawyer's ability to get her declared "not guilty". Hopefully animal welfare advocates will follow her movements closely so that she will never work with animals again.

@ TigreNoir is shows what kinda of person you are also. No one should give the 1 Finger Salute Kids do watch the news also. 2nd she should have been found guilty it as simple as that. She would have been in any other place then Memphis she would have been found guilty to.

Dr Middleton has been found not guilty. Why is she being harassed by abc24? Trying to create incidents is not the same as reporting the news. If the reporter was close enough to get the mic slapped away she was too close and deserves the 1-finger salute. If Dr Middleton is found guilty of any pending charges abc24 is not the executioner and should remind themselves that they don't represent anybody but their own selfish interests.
