LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP, abc24.com) - An Arkansas doctor convicted in a bombing that nearly killed the head of the state medical board is now on trial in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Attorneys for the estate of an Arkansas woman say Randeep Mann prescribed her at least 10 different medications before she died. Lawyers for the estate of Robin Dee Woodall say Mann is liable for damages in excess of $75,000. The trial in Dardanelle could wrap up as early as Friday.

Mann is serving a life sentence in a federal prison in Pennsylvania. He was convicted on a weapon of mass destruction count and other charges after prosecutors said he was responsible for a bomb left outside another doctor's West Memphis home in 2009.

His attorneys in the wrongful death case didn't return phone calls.
