LITTLE ROCK, AR (abc24.com) - One of two casino proposals attempting to get on the November ballot in Arkansas has been ruled invalid.

The Secretary of State's office said Michael Wasserman's proposal didn't meet the signature requirement. Wasserman's proposal would have given him exclusive rights to operate casinos in seven counties. He has a week to appeal the decision.

The ruling leaves only one other plan, from professional poker player Nancy Todd. Todd's proposal would give her the exclusive right to operate casinos in four Arkansas counties.

Both proposals include Crittenden County.

Election leaders have not said yet whether Todd's proposal is certified for the ballot.

Voters head to the polls November 6th.
