When all other states se Colorado and Washington swelling up with revenue which then is spent for city improvements and budget holes patching, and everyone around with hungry eyes starts to salivate profusely, Arkansas will only then realize how much money it could have earned, but didn’t. Cannabis is here to stay, whether some constipated, progress-backwards institutions, think tanks and watch dogs like it or not, it is just a matter of time until everyone accepts it, taxes it and treats it as another profitable and safe commodity, unlike alcohol and tobacco that ravages our country with violent crimes and oncological diseases.
