MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A man has been arrested and charged with the shooting that killed an Orange Mound store clerk on Tuesday, September 13, 2011.

An affidavit says 24-year-old Antonio Hill has been charged with first degree murder (in perpetration of robbery) in the death of 60-year-old Elsawy Kandel, who was working as a clerk at the Bargain Market at 1560 South Parkway at the time.

People should get the full story before they pass judgement. He was not the gunman, only the person the media is putting on front street. Its tragic that a life was lost but it was not taken by Antonio! Get all the facts!

He doesn't look like someone who would need to use a gun to take out a 60 year old man.
