HOLLY SPRINGS, MS (abc24.com) - Deputies in Marshall County have one man in custody, and are searching for a second in an attack on a Mississippi teen.
29-year-old Kevin Schrock was arrested April 26 in Fayette County, Tennessee. He is charged with assault and kidnapping.
Gregory Jenkins is still on the run. Investigators consider him armed and dangerous.
Deputies say Schrock and Jenkins attacked 18-year-old Charles Hardeman earlier this month in Holly Springs. They say the two tied the teenager to a concrete block and threw him into a lake. Hardeman's home was then burned to the ground.
Hardeman was able to free himself, get out of the lake, and drive for help, but he crashed into a tree.
He is still at The MED and was last reported in serious condition.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gregory Jenkins should call the Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 662-252-1311.
