MEMPHIS, TN – A Beale Street Club known for violence and trouble is staying put.

On Friday, November 4, 2011, a judge ordered the Beale Street Development Corporation to hand over the deed to 380 Beale Street to Miller Inc.

380 Beale is the home of Club Crave. Before that, it was the Plush Club. It's been a source of trouble for years, including shootings and fights.

Beale Street Development wanted to end a 99 year lease with George Miller, but his family says they had a right to buy the property.

The judge agreed.
