Bill Breaks a 'Balancing Act' for MLGW

For the next two weeks, MLGW won't shut anybody off as long as they owe less than $400. It's part of a balancing act the company has to do all the time to make sure bills are paid while providing power to one of the poorest cities in the country.

Every society will have a group that can't manage their resources. They overproduce needy & are not equipped to provide for them. You will have leeches EVERY where you go. (Why do you think they voted for the socialist?)
