Amen sister! It says a lot about society when the government is even considering offering a cash incentive to women to make their children's health a priority. It's quite depressing actually. What's really scary is to think of what these women would spend that money on. . .

Babies are much easier to take care of inside a belly and if they have to pay them to take care of their children the easiest way possible then these are the same people who should stop breeding. How about we give them $2000 and fix them for free? Cheaper in the long haul and they will take the fast cash. Im tired of paying for expenses on kids who are bred for money and benefits and its not fair to the children being born to such idiots that they dont get a decent home life because their momma sees them as a cash flow not a child. You wanna give benefits to people who need them then give them to the working man who cant afford insurance but pays for thier free insurance, housing, daycare, cellphones, and dipaers.
