MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Despite charges being dropped in a second case, an Arlington man accused of attacking a jogger won't be getting out of jail any time soon.
A judge revoked bond for St. Roland Jean Charles in court Wednesday. Jean-Charles is accused of attacking a neighbor last December when she was out for a jog. His attorney claims it was a case of mistaken identity.
Jean Charles was also arrested earlier this month after he was accused trying to kidnap an 11-year-old girl, but that case was dismissed.
He is scheduled to be back in court January 24.
