CLEVELAND, Miss. (AP) - The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has arrested a 23-year-old Bolivar County man in the death of a woman who was hit by three vehicles and killed Oct. 20 on a Delta highway.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Warren Strain says Rodney Shelton Fulgham is charged with felony vehicular homicide. Fulgham was being held in the Bolivar County Jail awaiting an initial court appearance.

Authorities say 20-year-old Shelby Harmon was struck and killed as she walked along U.S. Highway 61 near the Boyle community just south of Cleveland.

Authorities say it appeared Harmon was struck by at least three vehicles. Her body was found at the site.
