I'm sorry, A CITATION?!!!?? What, are we not arresting them anymore, & taking the kids away?!? I guess since this child survived, Mama just gets a CITATION!! If the child actually succumbed to the hell heat in that car, what then?! No wonder they're not giving a hoot if someone reports them or not.

I wish Mayor Wharton would have a conference about locked car doors in our area. This is killing our future and destroying families. Why would anyone lock their car doors? Locked cars with windows rolled up create an enviorment of distrust and ignorance in our community....UH well ok... I thought I was talking about gun control.. this sounds just as stuipid... my bad.
